West End House Harvesting Frenzy

As always, we started the visit with some garden journal monitoring. The kids noticed the corn plants have changed the most since last week. Now there are a few little husks peeking out.

Then we did some herb tasting. Basil, spearmint, and dill, oh my!

The compost needed a lot of turning…

We spend the rest of the time harvesting. There was a bounty of produce you couldn’t believe!

We harvested beets, kale, onions, tomatoes, tomatoes, and more tomatoes…delicious!
